(¸.·´ (¸.·`*~ These opened up about a week ago from Wednesday of this week. I was out taking pictures of jewelry for my shop today. I moved my tripod over to the sunflowers and cranked it up to get close. Most of them are facing the neighbors and not our house as they follow the sun. I wasn't expecting the visitor that you see in my pics. He was moving around so not so good focus on the bee. I was just about a foot away! I didn't have time to make any adjustments to my camera so this is what I got! More sunflower pics coming this week!~*´¨)¸.·´¸.·*´¨) ¸.·*¨)

Mikey aka Miker Man

It is with sadness that I share that Mikey aka Miker Man crossed over to the Rainbow Bridge on Wednesday afternoon of this week. I was hesitant to share this as Landon was off to camp for a week. He knew that he was not doing so well before he left and spent some very special, quality time with him. Mikey was my oldest son's first pet that he picked out. Mikey was a part of our family for almost 18 years. This is his picture with Landon this past Christmas. His present was a new, comfy bed for those old bones.
