«::: Random Tip of The Day:::»
I have decided to add a tip here and there on my blog on how to better cope with today's economy. Just little things, a thought here and there, but they can sure add up!
Today's tip would be to purchase and eat more rice. This is such a versatile and economical food and it can be paired with vegetables, meat, fish, spices and more! I am going to be looking into Basmati rice as it is supposed to be very favorable and less sticky.

Gorgeous photos and I love those earrings!
Rice is wonderful. Try making coconut rice. I buy the canned coconut milk in the international section. If more liquid is still required after using up the can, just add water until you get the right amount. I usually make this with asian dishes and it's delicious (it smells good too!).
Yes, rice is wonderful. Thanks for the coconut suggestion. My boys love a fresh coconut and rice so I'm sure they will love this combination. I will be trying this in the near future....thanks!
