Abalone Cuff Bracelet

Abalone Cuff Bracelet

I just love abalone......blue and green colors with hints of purple and pink! I have such a love relationship with rich and vibrant colors. Maybe this has to do with the many gray and blah Winter days in Ohio or the fact that I have brown hair and brown eyes and I don't look that great in pastel colors? My favorite colors are blue and purple. I love to see those two colors together.

Beautiful Judy Lee Magenta Chunky Bracelet

♥Vintage Judy Lee Magenta Chunky Glass Bracelet♥

This is a gold toned bracelet with a fold over clasp. The clasp and links between sections display beautiful flower detail. The glass cabochons are prong set and are magenta in color.....purplish-pink. The back is signed: Judy Lee and I show this in my last picture.

Judy Lee: Circa 1949-1980.

This is a bracelet that I bought years ago. I love the color of the magenta stones. It's been sitting in the jewelry box and I decided to find a new home for it......kinda hard to part with it!

Earrings in Treasury

A pair of my earrings are in a treasury. How nice! They are in the middle, top row.

Since the temperatures have climbed higher this week, we are getting rain instead of snow. My husband and son have been up on the roof this last week shoveling snow and unblocking the gutters that were full of ice. We don't want any ice dams up there.....can really cause some serious water damage. It will be back to snowing in a couple of days again.

Thursday

Here are a few more pictures taken on Monday. I ventured out to the mail box this morning. It was pretty scary as there was a thin coat of ice on the ground this morning. Yikes!

More Snow Pictures

Landon made this snow dwelling the other night with Mo-Jo. So far I haven't seen any shepherds venture in.

The three shepherds running around like they do every time they go out into the snow.

Jazzy and Sammie playing around. Sammie is the slider shep in the front.

No School Today Due to Snow.....Again!

I'm in the back yard and you can see the snow blowing down from the neighbor's houses......some pretty good gusts today!

Landon helps finish up shoveling the driveway.

He's almost done!

Smile for me Landon!

Saphiret Glass Earrings

Saphiret Glass Earrings

On a personal note: We are expecting 4-6 inches of snow today. Another 1-3 tonight and maybe 1-2 more tomorrow. Where do we put all of this when we shovel out? We already have little mountains of snow all over the place from the last storm!

Saphiret Lovebird Bracelet

I have been asked to do some more saphiret designs. I found the time yesterday to design this lovebird bracelet. I am almost at the end of my stash of stones.

There was no school again today. We really didn't get that much more snow but it was extremely cold out this morning!

Snow Day Today, No School

It is again snowing in central Ohio today. This is not the like the heavy snow that we had on Friday. It is colder, so it is more powdery. It is coming down steadily and school was cancelled today. There is snow in the forecast for a few days. The pictures above were just some more of what I took on Saturday. I'm not ready to go out into this today!

It Snowed Last Friday

We had about eight inches of snow last Friday that came down in the afternoon and later that night. The bushes and trees were bending over from the heavy weight. It was a pretty wet snow. I guess we were very lucky compared to other parts of the country.
